Jacob Omondi

Jacob Omondi Ojuka is a seasoned educator and a community leader with over 20 years of experience in teaching and mentoring. He holds a diploma in Science and Physical Education from The Kenya Science Teachers College. He taught at Kuoyo Mixed secondary school, Kisumu County, excelling in teaching physics. Later joined and taught Ratta Mixed Secondary School for 19 years, where he received the “Teacher of The Year” award in 2019 for his innovative teaching methods. Currently he teaches at Huma Girls High School and serves as a competency-based curriculum County Trainer for secondary school teachers, specializing in technology integration in education. Beyond teaching, Jacob is an accomplished games tutor and a musician, he has been recognized for nurturing sports and music since 2010.
