Grayce Metho, Founder & CEO

Grayce Metho has a background of Administration, Human Service, Non-Profit Organization, and Healthcare. She is pursuing an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts: Human Service at Massbay Community College, USA, where she was recognized for her academic excellence and earned a spot on the Dean’s List. She has Certificates in Behaviorial Health Technician and Certfied Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Massbay Community College, USA. A Certificate in Secretarial/Administrative Duties from Blanes Secretarial College, Kenya. Grayce worked as a Typist in various departments in Maseno University and an Administrator at Ratta Girls Hostel, a Non-Profit Organization in Kenya. She initiated, mentored and enhanced the well-being, the social life skills fostering a conducive environment to the growth and safety of the Girl-Child. She has applied her skills at Everyday Home Care and Sostek Home Care and is currently working at Advocates Inc., USA. Grayce is a widow, a mother of two girls and a grandmother of two boys.

NICANOR ACHOLA OGOLLA - Vice President

He is a sociologist, teacher educator, e-learning expert, and community development practitioner currently lecturing at Maseno University in Kenya. He holds a PhD in Foundations of Education, alongside over 20 years of experience in various fields including Education Administration, Research and Development, Social Advocacy, and Corporate and Community Development Programmes.

Kevin McGuire, Director

Kevin McGuire started his own technology consultant business, Integrity Computer Consultants, in 2001. Prior to that he worked for various financial companies. Kevin is a graduate of Boston College for undergraduate Computer Science Degree, and a Master’s Degree at Boston University. Kevin has been married for 34 years to his wife Ana Maria, and has two children.

Anne Amadi, Director

Anne is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience across public, civil society, and private sectors, and she is the immediate former Chief Registrar of the Judiciary in Kenya. Anne has had the rare honor and privilege of swearing in two successive presidents of the Republic in 2017 and 2022 of Kenya. She has served under three Chief Justices and has spearheaded major policy and institutional transformation within the Kenyan judiciary. Her role included National Coordinator of the National Legal Aid and Awareness Program, Deputy Executive Director of the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Kenya, and engaging in private legal practice with notable contributions to pro bono schemes. Anne holds a Master of Law from the University of Nairobi, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Center for African Peace and Justice, California State University, Sacrament, and a Diploma in law of Internal Displacement from the International Humanitarian Law Institute, San Remo, Italy. Throughout her career, Anne has played a significant role in policy development, including contributions to Universal Periodic Review reports to the UN Human Rights Council. She has a passion for young people and a drive for success, excellence, and making a difference for the benefit of society.

Jacob Omondi, Secretary

Jacob Omondi Ojuka is a seasoned educator and a community leader with over 20 years of experience in teaching and mentoring. He holds a diploma in Science and Physical Education from The Kenya Science Teachers College. He taught at Kuoyo Mixed secondary school, Kisumu County, excelling in teaching physics. Later joined and taught Ratta Mixed Secondary School for 19 years, where he received the “Teacher of The Year” award in 2019 for his innovative teaching methods. Currently he teaches at Huma Girls High School and serves as a competency-based curriculum County Trainer for secondary school teachers, specializing in technology integration in education. Beyond teaching, Jacob is an accomplished games tutor and a musician, he has been recognized for nurturing sports and music since 2010. He is also The Secretary at KIJANA FOUNDATION INC. since inception, where he records minutes and maintains records, ensure accuracy of contact information for leadership team

John Moses Owino, Treasurer

John Moses Owino is a dedicated educator and a community leader with a strong background in both teaching and agriculture. John holds a degree in Computer Science, with Second Class Upper Division Honors from Maseno University, Kenya. He is also The Treasurer of KIJANA FOUNDATION INC., managing the organization’s finances, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising the board on financial strategy.

PROF. JUDITH MIGUDA- ATTYANG, Ph.D - Director of Advisory Board

Prof. Judith Miguda – Attyang is an accomplished academic and professional from Kenya, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Linguistics and Communication Skills. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociolinguistics from Delhi University, India, and has built a substantial career in the academic, governmental, and consultancy fields.
